As a Holistic Health Counselor, I am your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. Whatever your concerns are, my job is to help you find which foods and lifestyle choices work best for the life you desire.

A true holistic approach to life incorporates things that nourish you other than food, including things like honest and open relationships, a spiritual practice you feel connected to, a career that inspires you, and physical activity that makes you want to move and feed your soul and your hunger for living. I call these things Primary Food and as a Holistic Health Counselor I work with you to help find balance in all of these areas.

Like most of us, you have probably tried a variety of diets, and may even have managed to do well on some for a few weeks or even months. However, the emphasis such diets place on willpower, deprivation and denial is both unnecessary and counter-productive. The reality is that, unless you have a plan that is practical, works with your lifestyle and takes your individuality into account, it will not last. I will help you to create such a plan.

Conventional dietary theories present you with food restrictions and limitations that are difficult to sustain over time. Such quick fixes do nothing to help you achieve life-long health and happiness nor do they bring out the body’s natural inclination toward balance. Together, we will introduce new and healthful foods and activities, gently and slowly. As you start to feel better, these habits have a natural tendency to take hold and ease out the less healthful ones.   

As you become more physically fit, other areas of your life such as relationships, career and creativity start to improve. You will naturally begin to crave those foods and activities that make you feel better, and to make time in your life for those things that are truly important to you.

I am convinced that it can be a tremendous force in realizing your true potential and achieving your best in all areas of life. I conduct sessions on following topics related to Meditation. A session typically includes an interactive session followed by practice and lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours.

-         Meditation – why you need it – an explanation for children.

-         Integrating Meditation and Yoga into your daily life.

After being a successful entrepreneur and consultant in the IT world, I can clearly see the impact that meditation and related learning have had on all aspects of my life. 2.Distributing poetic translation of Ramayana, summarized in Hindi and composed using Chaupais, Dohas and Chhands.

4. Mathematics and Physics tutoring. I have always had passion for Mathematics and Science. I do Mathematics and Science tutoring for middle and high school students which includes PSAT, SAT, SAT-1 and SAT-2 coaching. More Info
